Stellar LubeMate LM220 Poly Lube Skid, Quad 55 Gallon with Grease Kit

The Stellar LubeMate LM220 is a mobile lube skid that holds four 55 gallon poly tanks in a powder-coated steel frame. This package covers new oil, waste oil, antifreeze and grease from one skid, so a service truck can handle a full PM on site. Stellar laid out the poly design to cut leak risk and make contamination control and servicing simpler.

• Four 55 gallon poly tanks: two fresh oil, one waste oil, one antifreeze
• Two Graco 5:1 LD pumps feeding two Reelcraft 1/2 in x 50 ft reels with mechanical meters
• Graco 1 in diaphragm pump with 4-way valve and a 1 in x 25 ft waste oil reel
• Raasm 1:1 antifreeze pump with a 1/2 in x 50 ft reel and control handle
• Graco 50:1 pump on a 35 lb grease kit with 3/8 in x 50 ft reel, cover and follower plate
• 4 x 8 in forklift sleeves, D-ring tie-downs and ratchet straps

Good to know

An integrated pneumatic control panel, tie-down kit, 7 gallon drain pan and connecting hoses are included, and the pumps need a compressed air supply. Stellar notes any tank can be set up for new oil, waste oil, antifreeze, diesel or DEF. Listed size is 46 in wide, 61 in tall and 68 in deep; it ships by LTL freight.
