Oil Pumps and Hose Reels
An oil pump and reel package moves oil from a drum or container to the point of use through a hose, often with a reel and meter. This collection includes a Zeeline 3:1 air pump package for 55 gallon drums with a dual-arm reel and digital meter, and a Graco 3:1 portable pump package for 16 gallon containers on a caster base. Repair shops, quick lubes and fleet garages use them to dispense motor oil without pouring by hand.
How to choose
- Container: match the pump to what you buy oil in, such as drums, kegs or a bulk tank like our double wall oil tanks.
- Pump ratio: 3:1 air pumps suit motor oil over short hose runs. Thicker oils and longer runs need a higher ratio pump.
- Air supply: air-operated pumps need a compressor and a regulator. Check that your shop air can supply them.
- Reel and meter: a reel keeps hose off the floor, and a meter tracks oil by job.
