Fuel Dispensers
A fuel dispenser meters and controls fuel at a fixed fueling point, much like a retail pump but built for private fleet and site use. Our current model is the Fill-Rite FR902DPU, a UL listed remote dispenser with a digital meter, solenoid valve and steel cabinet. Municipal yards, fleet depots and large farms use dispensers when they need accurate metering at one fueling island.
How to choose
- Remote or suction: a remote dispenser is fed by a separate pump at the tank. A suction dispenser has its own pump. Choose based on your tank setup.
- Meter: a digital meter shows each delivery. If you use a fuel management system, check that the dispenser can connect to it.
- What is included: some dispensers ship without hose and nozzle. Check the product page and add them to your order.
- Install: dispensers need electrical work and anchoring by a qualified installer. Ask your fire marshal about placement.
Common questions
Can I use a dispenser with an above-ground tank?
Yes. Pair it with a pump at the tank and the fill-point equipment your code requires, such as items in fuel tank accessories.
Is a dispenser right for a small fleet?
If you fill only a few vehicles, a fuel transfer pump with a meter may be enough. For public agencies, see our municipal and government page.
